As a Luxury Retail Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, personalised shopping experience. From offering expert product knowledge to assisting with styling and clienteling, you will represent the brand’s values of elegance, sophistication, and outstanding service.

• Provide first‑class customer service to all clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
• Offer in‑depth product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support with stock management and administrative duties as required.

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or high‑end customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and driven approach to achieving sales and service goals.
