Customer Sales Advisor

Overview

Got a knack with customers? Ideally you already have retail sales experience or have worked in another customer‑focused sales environment, making you a great fit for this role. You’ll receive product knowledge and skills training to wow every customer, learning to demonstrate and explain our products as well as the practical aspects of our fitting services. We invest heavily in training to help colleagues develop their careers, whether in Retail or elsewhere in the Group.

• Age 21+ £12.21 per hour
• Under 21 £ 10.00 per hour

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Problem‑solving skills
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
