Production Operative

Overview

Production Operative – Full Time (Temporary to Permanent). This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment to ensure products are made to the highest quality and safety standards. Our client is currently based in Cheltenham but is moving to the Evesham area in a few months’ time; candidates would be expected to work out of Cheltenham until they move to Evesham.

• Operating machinery and production line equipment
• Assembling, packing, and labelling products
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting faults
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Meeting production targets and deadlines
• Counterbalance forklift licence is desirable but not essential

• £14.00 per hour
• Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00

• Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate (after a successful trial period of at least 12 weeks)
• Weekly pay from an experienced payroll team
• Holiday accrued up to 28 days (pro-rata)
