We are currently recruiting for an experienced Manual Turner to join a well-established engineering company based in Cheltenham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing small to medium-sized components, working primarily on small batch and prototype projects. This is a hands‑on role requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Manual Turner
• Experience working with small to medium-sized components
• Proven background in small batch and prototype work
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Competitive pay rate of £16 - £20 per hour (dependent on experience)
• Permanent position with long‑term stability
• Day shift only – great work‑life balance
• 43‑hour working week
