Tax Director – Bishop Fleming – Cheltenham
We are recruiting an ambitious Tax Director (or Senior Manager) for our expanding Cheltenham tax team at Bishop Fleming, a leading provider of Audit, Accountancy, Tax and Advisory services in the South West and West Midlands.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a fulfilling position with excellent prospects. You will work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from the office, home or client sites, while helping to develop the practice, lead people management and business development responsibilities.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Work with the management team to grow the tax portfolio and develop the tax team locally and nationally – recruiting, coaching and inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with a broad portfolio of tax clients, ensuring the delivery of a quality trusted‑advisor service.
- Build and retain a good network of local contacts in the Cheltenham market to support business development.
- Appropriately qualified with experience of working within a tax environment.
- A strong business developer keen to build contacts and network within the local business community.
- A great people‑manager who enjoys developing and coaching their team.
- Highly commercial with the drive to contribute towards Bishop Fleming’s growth.
