Cheltenham – Up to £60,000 per year.

• Working hours:
  
  Monday – Friday day shift pattern
• Annual leave: 33 days (including bank holidays)

• Lead and manage a team of 10 multi‑skilled engineering colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the workshop.
• Maximise productivity and service delivery while providing strong leadership and guidance.
• Oversee maintenance of heavy/commercial vehicles and ensure compliance with DVSA standards.
• Coordinate training and career progression opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with the Area Engineering Manager and depot leadership team.

• In‑depth knowledge of heavy/commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Strong understanding of DVSA standards.
• Experience in similar management or supervisory roles within the transport sector.
• Excellent communication and team‑leadership skills.
