Commercial Property Solicitor - Cheltenham

Are you a senior level commercial property solicitor looking for a new challenge in Cheltenham? This highly regarded firm are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join their growing commercial property team.

The successful candidate will step into a strong, well established department and handle a broad range of commercial property work. You'll work closely with senior colleagues on high quality matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing, and landlord and tenant matters. You'll also bring a loyal client base of your own and play an active role in supporting and collaborating with the wider team.

You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE, demonstrate solid technical expertise and a strong commercial approach.
