Litigation Solicitor– Cheltenham
My client is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for a confident, commercially aware litigator who enjoys varied work and building strong client relationships.
You will handle your own caseload and assist on more complex matters, which range across:
- Commercial, civil and general disputes
- Property litigation
- Contentious probate
- Advise a diverse client base, including individuals, businesses, trusts and charities
- Draft statements, witness statements, correspondence and other documents
- Instruct and liaise with counsel
- Represent clients in court, mediation and settlement discussions
- Qualified Solicitor circa 5pqe
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
