Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) – Cheltenham

Our client is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate (4+ PQE) to join their high‑performing Cheltenham team, offering top‑tier “City‑quality” work in the heart of the Cotswolds.

You’ll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters including landlord & tenant, commercial leases, investment and disposal transactions, and regeneration/development projects. The role sits within a friendly, collaborative team known for its practical, commercial approach and strong client relationships.

• Managing a varied caseload across commercial real estate and development
• Advising clients clearly and commercially
• Drafting and negotiating documents with minimal supervision
• Supporting business development and client events
• Working closely with partners and the wider UK/international teams

• England & Wales qualified solicitor, 4+ years’ PQE
• Experience in regeneration and development transactions
• Strong communication, organisation and client‑management skills
• Ability to handle complex title due diligence
• A collaborative, proactive approach
