Join one of the UK's larger independent brokers focusing on the fleetindustry who are currently seeking an Insurance Negotiator to join their small, dynamic sales team in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance policies and a passion for client service.

• Negotiate renewal and new business terms with insurers and clients.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and underwriters.
• Maintain a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers.
• Ensure all client requirements are met with patience and understanding, adapting to their needs.

• Proven understanding and knowledge of commercial insurance policies, including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers and Public Liability, Goods In Transit, and Commercial Combined.
• Experience working in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
• A friendly and approachable personality, capable of adapting to various client requirements.

• Competitive salary with a commission package.
• Standard working hours:
  Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
• 31 days holiday per annum including Bank Holidays, plus service entitlement.
• Pension and Death in Service Benefit after a qualifying period.
