About

the job

You will join an elite, multidisciplinary User Experience team dedicated to creating world-class digital solutions for secure government customers. This isn't just about making things look good; it’s about applying rigorous User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies to solve complex, high-pressure challenges. From the initial research phase through to implementation, you will ensure that technical feasibility and business objectives never compromise the user’s ability to perform mission-critical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user-friendly, innovative design solutions that address complex national security challenges.
  • Develop and present design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, and visual presentations.
  • Evaluate and improve existing digital products with a focus on usability, inclusivity, and accessibility.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions, including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conducting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior staff.
  • Advocate for user needs while aligning with business goals and presenting research-backed solutions to clients.
