About the job:

This is a high-impact role within the Aerospace, Defence, and Security sector, specifically supporting a monumental project for National Security. As a Network Engineer, you will be at the sharp end of technical evolution, moving beyond simple maintenance into the realm of designing, building, and deploying large-scale enterprise networking platforms. You will be a technical authority, taking ownership of complex solutions and guiding a team of engineers through the intricacies of modern defence-grade networking.

• Drive the end-to-end design, build, and deployment of enterprise-leading network solutions.
• Take ownership of the proactive monitoring and maintenance of all production systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Lead investigations into complex service problems, creating and implementing robust recovery plans.
• Respond to rapid operational requirements in support of critical defence activities.
• Provide strategic project support and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of technical excellence.
