A leading independent accounting firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Manager to lead a team of up to five. This hands-on management role requires strong technical expertise in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, along with excellent leadership and customer service skills. Responsibilities include managing IT support processes, handling escalations, and mentoring the service desk team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in IT support management and a full UK driving license as some travel is required.
