Services consists of two teams – Digital Services and IT Operations – supporting and transforming the University’s digital and physical environments.

This key role within Digital Services analyses requirements across a range of systems, services and migrations. You will work alongside business users, software and data engineers and testers to translate business need into technical requirements. Your work will range from large University projects coordinated by the Project Management Office to IT‑led projects, either independently or with other analysts and project coordinators.
