We're looking for someone who is passionate about food and delivering excellent customer service to join our team as Food & Beverage Manager.
Part time - 1650 hours per year; the amount of hours you work each month will vary dependent on operational need, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
What you'll be doing as our Food & Beverage ManagerAs Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll help to nurture and grow the Food & Beverage operations here at Chedworth; you really will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on the future of this special place. In this role, you’ll be part of our Senior Team on site, and will report into our Operations Manager.
You’ll lead a team of Food & Beverage Team Members, fostering a culture of exceptional service for everyone, every time – you’ll help to make sure that our visitors expectations are continually met and exceeded. You’ll also recruit new members to the team and support them through their training and development.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll also have the opportunity to show your creative flair by developing our menus. We’re passionate about using both local produce and local recipes – so you’ll work to incorporate these into our offering.
You’ll be responsible for managing our budgets within Food & Beverage, including wages and labour, and you’ll also be monitoring sales and stock. Additionally, you’ll be ensuring that the working environment remains safe and compliant with guidelines.
