Assistant Manager – Teddington Hands

We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join us at The Teddington Hands, Evesham Road, Near Tewkesbury GL20 8NE
.

Experience working within the hospitality industry would be essential for this role, this would be an ideal position for someone wishing to progress their career in hospitality and wanting to progress from a Bar or FOH role to a management role. We can offer training and qualification opportunities with HIIT training if the successful candidate wishes to further their career, along with prospects of promotion within the Quality Inns Group.

Applicants must be a minimum +18 years of age to apply due to bar duties, due to the rural location of this pub it would be advisable for applicants to have their own transport.

As Assistant Manager you would be responsible for:

• Support to the Manager.
• Great customer Service.
• Cashing up in the absence of the Manager.
• Locking up in the absence of the Manager.
• Setting an example & training of FOH staff members.
• Ensuring the bar is kept clean and tidy.
• Support to the kitchen if needed.
• Providing a great welcome to all of our guests.
