Are you a commercially astute professional with a background in Defence, IT, or Engineering contracts? This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering mission-critical programmes in Defence & National Security, as well as cutting-edge work across Cyber, Maritime, and Aerospace.
Location: UK-based (Hybrid x2/3 days onsite, rest remote) - compressed week with every other Friday off option available!
Security Clearance: UK SC
Your Role:
As a Commercial Manager, you'll oversee contract and commercial management of multi-million-pound agreements, acting as the go-to expert for key stakeholders. You'll also contribute to major proposals and negotiations across high-value, complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial activities across major Defence & National Security contracts
- Negotiate terms, scope, and pricing in collaboration with legal, finance, and supply chain
- Guide teams through changes in contract scope or terms
- Contribute to strategic proposals and commercial governance
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree in Law, Business, or similar
- Proven commercial management experience in a Defence or technical environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience handling complex proposals and governance processes
