Audit Manager

Exciting opportunity for an Audit Manager to join a growing, independent firm of Chartered Accountants based near Garforth.

This firm have a wide range of clients, offering a variety of services from accounts, audit, tax, management accounts and other business support services. Working for this firm will give you the opportunity to keep your work varied, as they are keen for individuals to gain well-rounded experience to keep their work fulfilling.

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high quality audit and assurance services, including preparing and reviewing audit plans. Identifying ways to maximise the relationship with the client and delivering added value where necessary. Delegating workflow, reviewing work, and providing training to junior members of the Audit Team. Directly reporting into key stakeholders to update on Audit findings. To qualify for this Audit Manager role, ideally you should meet the following: 5 years’ experience, having worked as an Audit Manager or similar, in an accountancy firm.

Experience with charity audits would be beneficial but not essential AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience. What’s on offer? Flexible working times. Hybrid working. Free parking.
