- Acting as a proactive business partner within the senior leadership team
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial thinking and leadership capability. Essential experience includes:

- Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
- Previous line management experience - confident in coaching and developing a team
- Strong grounding in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Experience with stock costing, BOM-style processes and reconciliations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across the business
- High attention to detail and a drive to improve processes and performance
Why This Role?
- A growing SME where your voice genuinely matters
- Real autonomy and ownership from day one
- Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
- A supportive, collaborative culture with ambitious plans for the future
