Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Corporate Tax Manager to support our not-for-profit clients within the UK accountancy market. This role requires expertise in tax matters and the ability to work effectively with a diverse client base. This role is with a reputable Top-15 firm, known for its expertise in providing top-tier tax solutions. The company operates as part of a global organisation, offering tailored services to a range of clients, including those in the not-for-profit sector.
Responsibilities- Provide expert corporate tax advice to not-for-profit clients.
- Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
- Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and regulations.
- Identify tax planning opportunities to benefit clients.
- Support the team in resolving complex tax queries and issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.
- Assist in the development and mentoring of junior team members within the tax department.
- Stay updated on changes within the professional services industry and tax regulations.
- A Successful Corporate Tax Manager Should Have:
- Proven experience in corporate tax within the professional services industry.
- A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation and its application to not-for-profit organisations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £62,100 per annum.
