Corporate International Tax Associate ManagerCheltenham / Bristol / Cardiff KC Group is working with a leading independent accountancy practice that is continuing to grow its Corporate International Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded tax professional to step into a role offering high-quality advisory work, exposure to a diverse client base, and clear long-term progression.

You will be joining a well-established and highly regarded tax team that advises owner-managed businesses, mid-market organisations and larger corporate clients. Corporate tax is a key growth area for the firm, making this a particularly exciting time to come on board. The RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering a consistently high level of service
• Developing close working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
• Project managing advisory assignments alongside Partners and Directors, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
• Carrying out commercial and tax-technical research, analysing data and drafting reports
• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing both compliance and planning advice
• Supporting wider teams including M&A and audit on complex and technical projects
• Contributing to the ongoing development of the tax team and mentoring junior members of staff
