Excellent role on offer for a Proposals Manager looking to join a growing business where you will receive ongoing training to become an expert in this industry, whilst working in a crucial, highly specialist position.

Do you have experience working in a Process industry (Mining, Oil & Gas, Chemical or similar)? Have you got experience of preparing proposals?

This dynamic, specialist business in the process industry has established itself as a well-renowned name among a range of sectors. With a growing number of clients and exciting growth plans for the next few years, we are now looking for a Proposals Manager to join our expert team.

In this role you will be responsible for all sales proposals and estimates, maintain and update databases and systems, prepare final proposal documents, manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, and ensure proposals undergo specific reviews. You will be working in this highly specialist role and collaborating with clients across the globe.

This role would ideally suit a Proposals Manager who has a background in a Process industry – including Oil & Gas, Mining, Petro-Chem, Power, Water, Recycling – and experience of preparing proposals, who is looking to become an expert in their field.

• Responsible for all processes and procedures involving costing and estimates
• Prepare final documents
• Ensure proposals undergo internal reviews

• Must have proposals and estimating experience
• Experience in a process industry

• Live local or willing to commute to Cheltenham
