Our client is a highly experienced team of engineers and design specialists work closely with their clients, as well as specialists such as architects and developers to provide highly attractive and cost-effective engineering solutions.
They provide a range of services to support site promotion, viability and due diligence on to the planning application, reserved matters and approval of conditions as well as detailed design for construction. Supporting a wide range of construction sectors including residential, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and leisure.
What you need to succeed- Private and Adoptable Foul and Surface Water Drainage Design
- Section 104/185 Drainage design for Sewer Adoptions / Diversions
- Section 23/106 Drainage connection application and approvals
- External Works and Re-grade designs
- Digital Ground Modelling including Cut and Fill Analysis
- Preparation of combined utility services layouts
