Summer School Officer

Fixed Term, Temporary Contract from 29 June 2026 to 21 August 2026

£511.20 per week (plus holiday pay) working 40 hours per week

During the summer holidays Cheltenham Ladies’ College welcomes and provides a range of Summer Schools, including international language schools, music and sports courses and in‑house educational courses delivered by College.

We have an opportunity for two Summer School Officers to assist with the organisation and day‑to‑day operational support of a range of Summer Schools, including large international language schools hiring the premises, and our in‑house Japanese Summer School programme.

Successful candidates will have experience in a customer service setting and strong IT skills (Microsoft Office packages e.g. Excel) as well as being able to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team.

Interviews are to be held in week commencing 16 March 2026.
