We're recruiting for a Front of House / Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced accident repair centre. The role requires a confident communicator who can manage customer expectations, coordinate repair requirements and maintain exceptional service standards in a busy, hands‑on environment.

• Deliver consistently excellent customer service
• Confidently multi‑task and prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all administrative tasks
• Scan, file, and manage documentation in line with procedures
• Coordinate and book parts efficiently to support operational workflows

• Experience of working in a modern Accident Repair Centre/Bodyshop is desirable for this role
• Xana customer service and organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• Experience of cash credit control
• Excellent administrative skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to work within a team environment
