Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across Swindon and the surrounding region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the South West.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting

• Procurement and management of subcontract packages

• Valuations, variations and payment applications

• Supporting project teams with commercial strategy

• Managing risk and ensuring financial performance of projects

✅ About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Project Quantity Surveyor

• Background working for a main contractor

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Experience managing projects from start to completion

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
