A local preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Key Worker to join their team in Cheltenham. This permanent position is term time only, working 18.75 hours per week, with the potential for more hours. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Early Years qualification and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. Responsibilities include following a child-led learning approach, supporting children's needs, and maintaining a safe, caring environment.
