• Job type: Full time, permanent
• Hours: 21-42 hours per week, part time & full time hours
• Salary: From £12.31 per hour, rising to £12.81 in April 2026
• Location: Winchcombe, Gloucestershire
• Work pattern: 3 or 4 days
• Qualification: Level 3

• Act as a Key Person, supporting children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development
• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain safeguarding standards and promote child welfare
• Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education (or equivalent)
• Passion for early years education and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, flexibility, and a caring nature

• Paediatric First Aid Certificate
• Safeguarding/Child Protection training

• Own transport and ability to travel to Winchcombe
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
