Join Our Highly Sought-After Nursery! Dean Close Nurseries are excited to offer full-time and part-time Early Years Educator vacancies at our highly recommended Little Trees Lansdown nursery on Queens Road.

We are ideally looking for someone who holds a minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years (Level 3 preferred). Do you have big, warm hugs ready for tiny humans? Can you wear a smile that makes every child’s day brighter?

• Be ready to adapt as no two moments are the same; engage with children as needed (e.g., if a child needs a princess, you’ll become the best princess ever; if they need a dragon, you’ll be ready to roar into action).
• Sing in tune is optional, but be happy to sing out of tune in front of little ones.
• Read a book upside down while managing interruptions and maintain a calm, engaging environment.
• Jump into fun, creative activities and embrace the joy of getting messy.

Dean Close Foundation is a growing, vibrant and diverse family of independent schools and nurseries, uniting around a shared vision and set of values. These spring from the origins of Dean Close School, which was founded in 1886 in memory of Dean Francis Close, Rector of Cheltenham and educational philanthropist. The Christian ethos of that original school continues today where the aim is that every child should be given the opportunities to flourish, underpinned by its core values of courage, contribution and love which are the guiding principles behind its educational vision.

The Foundation currently has five schools and six nurseries within its group, creating a strong community that can share best practice, resources and a secure future.
