Overview

We’re looking for a driven Print sales professional to help drive growth, build client relationships, and showcase industry-leading print solutions across a diverse portfolio — from Interiors and Office Supplies to IT, Smart Tech, PPE, Facilities, Workwear and more. You’ll help bring fresh ideas, strengthen client relationships, and ensure organisations receive the insight and expertise they need from our specialist teams.

We’re seeking someone with genuine hunger for success who thrives on connecting with new businesses, prospecting, and turning challenges into opportunities. You’ll be relentless in your pursuit of new business, with the tenacity to open doors and the drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities by building a strong pipeline through channels such as cold calling, Linked In outreach, social media engagement and targeted prospecting.
  • Identify current and prospective client needs and how our wide range of products and services will benefit their business. This includes Interiors, Office Supplies, Print, IT, Smart Technology, Managed Print Services, PPE, Facilities and Workwear.
  • Drive consistent sales activity, taking a proactive approach to appointment-setting and achieving agreed activity and sales targets.
  • Plan and deliver customer site visits to showcase Commercial’s capabilities and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Take part in weekly calling days aimed at securing high-quality, face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with Head of Print and Print Team Leader on all pricing and tender activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all prospect and account information is kept up to date and actionable.
About you
  • Solid print sales experience and deep knowledge of print processes and pricing
  • Driven, organised and commercially sharp
  • Confidence to build relationships and the ambition to exceed targets
  • Proven success in a new business sales role
  • Strong presentation, communication and time-management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Adaptability across multiple sectors
  • A track record of building long-term client partnerships
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide + twice monthly to our Cheltenham HQ
