Business Apprentice – Kohler Co.

Join us as a Business Apprentice at Kohler Mira in Cheltenham. The role operates on a hybrid work model and offers a 24‑month apprenticeship designed to rotate you through key departments – Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service – while you develop business, project management, and technical skills.

The apprenticeship is Level 4 Project Management and provides hands‑on experience across the company, allowing you to apply your learning to real‑life projects and work closely with an apprentice manager who supports your development and college progress.

• Complete placements in Supply Chain (purchasing, material control, logistics, warehouse, quality), Marketing (digital projects, product launches, market analysis), and Customer Service (service delivery, digital transformation, customer journey improvements).
• Engage in regular self‑reflection, one‑to‑ones and access to Associate training courses.
• Support the Kohler Mira Apprentice Community and participate in STEAM and charity events.

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 qualification with 96 UCAS points or equivalent.
• Strong interest in business, economics, mathematics, technology or sustainability.
• Desire to learn, strong work ethic, and ability to participate in extra‑curricular activities such as voluntary work, part‑time employment or school‑based initiatives.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

• Show initiative and curiosity; experiment and innovate.
• Be a team player and take responsibility for decisions.
• Prioritise effectively and listen to improve customer experience.

• Starting salary of £17,000, reviewed annually.
• Sign‑on bonus upon successful completion of probation.
