Role: Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £30,000 basic, £35,000 OTE + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 6:00
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in Cheltenham.
Duties- Respond to customer requests
- Book vehicles for service / repair
- Check in vehicles
- Track vehicles through the workshop
- Handover vehicles
- Achieve incremental sales
- Use technology effectively
- Manage your own performance
- Contribute to effective working
- Deal with customer complaints
- Contribute to improved service processes
- Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Service or Aftersales Advisor background within the UK automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
