• Provide tailored advice on financial and tax planning for agricultural businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique business needs.
• Support clients with compliance matters, including VAT, payroll, and capital allowances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in client operations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of professional services.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff and sharing expertise within the department.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation affecting the farming and estates industry.

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
