This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of retail management experience, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with cannabis regulations. The role requires strong organizational abilities and the capacity to train and evaluate staff effectively.
