About the Role
As a Breakfast Chef within the Kitchen Brigade at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais & Châteaux properties in London — you play a key role in shaping the start of our guests’ day and are one of the reasons they return time and time again.
Working closely with the wider kitchen team, you will help deliver a consistently exceptional breakfast experience, combining technical skill, attention to detail, and genuine care for quality. From early mornings through service, you will contribute to memorable dining experiences that reflect the standards and values of a luxury hotel.
What Will You Be Doing?You will be an organised and dependable chef who thrives during service and understands the importance of precision, timing, and consistency. You will take pride in your section, demonstrate ownership of your work, and support the smooth running of the breakfast operation.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse:Assist the Head Chef during breakfast service, ensuring correct timing, coordination, and progress of all dishes
Take responsibility for the breakfast kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintaining the highest standards of preparation, presentation, and service
Prepare and present breakfast dishes to the highest quality standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at all times
Maintain a strong focus on guest care, recognising that every plate contributes to the overall guest experience
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and food safety standards, confidently carrying out due diligence checks and procedures
Work collaboratively as part of the Kitchen Brigade, sharing knowledge, pride, and passion for the hospitality industry
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation throughout service
