Overview

Part-Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity at Bay Mark Health Services (HCRC) in Chelsea/Woburn, MA.

• Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
• Obtain patient history and perform physical examinations.
• Document in the EMR.
• Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medication by medical staff in the Medical Director’s absence.
• Consistently monitor patient dosages in conjunction with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, Counselors, and Dosing Nurses.
• Other related duties as determined by supervisor.

• Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Addiction Medicine
• Must have at least 6 months of MAT experience
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Salary range: $78.00 to $88.98 per hour. Qualified part-time employees receive:
