PRN:
Every other weekend days, 6:00AM-2:30PM, and every other weekend evenings, 2:30PM-10:00PM - Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve!

- Role is primarily focused on monitoring residents, documenting situations and transfers to the ER when necessary. This position does not include work in a skilled care environment, ideal for those seeking a slower paced environment.
- Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents.
- Assist with limited medication administration and conduct resident assessments.
- Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.
- High school education
- Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts
LPN license - Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
