  Every other weekend days (6a-2:30p), and every other weekend evenings (2:30p-10p)

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents as part of a collaborative team.
• Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents.
• Assist with limited medication administration and conduct resident assessments.
• Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.

• High school education (required)
• Active, Unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required)
• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods (required)
• Capable of frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 20 pounds unassisted, and up to 50 pounds or more with assistance as needed (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, government personnel, the public, and colleagues (required)
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English. (required)
