• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
• Knowledge of Safety regulations, state/federal codes, and safe work practices.

• Conducting, scheduling, and/or directing ongoing and preventive maintenance programs, including HVAC, plumbing, water, gas, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler/fire alarm systems, painting, etc.
• Performing hands‑on maintenance and repair work and directing maintenance technicians in the performance of maintenance and repair work.
