the Role

EOTSS is seeking an Enterprise Platforms Intern to join a team of dedicated professionals supporting a variety of platforms. As part of the EPT, you will work with technical engineers and business analysts supporting customers leveraging platforms ranging from Salesforce to Power Platform, including but not limited to JIRA, Git Hub and other low/no-code solutions.

The Enterprise Platforms Intern will assist the Enterprise Platforms Team (EPT) in developing and rolling out a standard operating environment (SOE) for programs supported by the team. You will be able to use your application development skills to create workflows, reports, dashboards, and troubleshoot issues reported by customers. You will have an opportunity to create technical documentation such as environment diagrams, requirement documents, use cases, training guides and other project related artifacts.

This position will allow you to optimize your business communication skills, both written and verbal.

The primary work location for this role will be 200 Arlington Street, Chelsea, Massachusetts 02150. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. The position follows a hybrid model with a combination of in‑office and work‑from‑home days as needed.

The Summer Internship Program is a 10‑week paid opportunity running from June 1 through August 7. Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or be a recent graduate (May 2026 graduation date).

All offers of employment are conditional and subject to passing a Massachusetts Criminal Background Check (CORI), a security clearance (fingerprinting) consistent with IRS and/or public safety requirements, and security training.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review customer inquiries/requests.
  • Create and update documentation.
  • Participate in all phases of program implementation.
  • Create reports, dashboards and workflows, as needed.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of application development using any programming language.
  • Fundamental knowledge of SaaS and/or cloud‑hosted environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of low/no‑code platforms.
  • Understanding of database design.
