Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Strive ABA Therapy

Join us to provide home‑based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the RBT implements treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills.

Base pay range: $23.00/hr – $30.00/hr (based on certification, education, and experience)

We seek applicants with an active RBT certification. This is not an entry‑level position. Preferred candidates will have both daytime and evening availability to accommodate daycare and in‑home services.

• Minimum 1 year experience with children who have disabilities
• Active Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Autism Technician certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour from residence
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which may include periods of sitting and standing
