Atlantic Restoration is seeking experienced and versatile Waterproofers to join our growing field operations team. This role goes far beyond simple caulking or coatings - we need professionals who understand the entire building envelope. From visible masonry to behind-the-scenes systems, your knowledge will help protect structures from the elements. If you have a broad skill set in waterproofing, understand how envelope components interconnect, and are ready to contribute to complex exterior restoration projects, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute waterproofing and building envelope repair tasks across vertical and horizontal surfaces.
  • Apply air/vapor barriers, membranes (liquid and sheet), caulking, and joint sealants as part of comprehensive building envelope systems.
  • Work on masonry repair and integration with waterproofing systems.
  • Understand behind-the-scenes envelope details such as flashing, drainage planes, and thermal barriers.
  • Support project setup, breakdown, and material organization.
  • Maintain strict safety compliance on all jobsites.
  • Perform quality control inspections and ensure adherence to specifications and durability standards.
  • Use hand tools, caulking guns, rollers, spray rigs, and other trade-related equipment effectively.
  • Adapt to different jobsite environments, weather conditions, and heights.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in waterproofing or full-envelope repair.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong working knowledge of how envelope components interact - not just one trade or specialty.
  • Ability to read and understand project plans and perform work to specification.
  • Comfortable working on scaffolds, lifts, and outdoors year-round.
  • Team player with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule
