• Installs and pulls wire as per specifications
• Installs and wires equipment used in systems
• Tests all equipment after termination is made to ensure performance of the system
• Works in compliance with the Company’s safety manual, keeping self and others safe at all times
• Turns in all paperwork on time and in complete format (e.g., redlines, vehicle log, time cards)
• Maintains the install van and its stock; keeps the van clean and organized
• Communicates daily with the Project Manager on delays, requirements, and job status
• Keeps a daily logbook updated with customer requests, work performed, job numbers, dates, times, and tasks assigned to apprentices
• Ensures time bills are accurate in Q360, filled out completely for each job number, and that hours are correct
• Manages apprentice time‑card accuracy
• Works with the Project Manager to oversee multiple crews, ensuring jobs stay on track and within estimates
• Trains apprentices on company procedures, systems, and installation techniques
• Performs all work to company standards, practicing quality installation techniques
• Runs all jobs within each phase’s estimate (e.g., wire pull, mounting)
• Works with Systems Engineers on startup to ensure complete system compliance
• Ensures complete close‑out and turnover of jobs to the client and service department
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• 3+ years working in the electronic field where AC/DC theory is used daily
• Proper hand and power tool operations and safety
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic
• Basic computer skills

• CTS Certification

• Travel may be required depending on business needs
