Description
You will be a 2ndShift Quality Inspector Specialist for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring every electromechanical component meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Quality Inspector Specialist you will support 2nd‑shift production, verify that components comply with strict specifications, and collaborate with engineers and operators to resolve quality issues quickly.
Responsibilities- Performing detailed inspections of electromechanical parts using calibrated equipment.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting non‑conformances to the engineering team.
- Participating in root‑cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintaining inspection records and ensuring traceability for all components.
- Supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain at least an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenship.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
