** Rework Technician
** to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems. Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics, and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

We are looking for electro/mechanical assemblers with:
* 5+ years working as a Micro assembly/Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience
* Candidates should have Class 3 soldering skills per IPC-610
* All applicants must be team players highly motivated to learn the complex assembly requirements of microwave systems.
* This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work on delicate parts utilizing a microscope
* Communication skills and commitment to quality products are extremely important
* This role includes working on continuous improvement teams along with development engineering and manufacturing

Requirements:
High school diploma required.  A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.
* ** Must be a US citizen**, government security clearance is required. Current clearance holder preferred!
* Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation
* Commitment to learn and develop new skills

Specific Responsibilities:
* Ability to work 8 hours under the microscope utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
* In-process inspection and self-inspection
* Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into the assemblies per IPC-610
* Assemble and/or solder electronic components to printed circuit boards
* MMIC Die attach of chip components using silver epoxy
* Hybrid circuit assemblies using silver epoxy and solder
* Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets, prints and drawings
* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
* Good computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions, as well as other job activities
* Dexterity, eye - hand coordination for assembly using a variety of tools and or equipment according to specifications/process
* Use Loctite, epoxy, and other compounds as required by the assembly process steps
* Handle of ESD sensitive material and equipment
* Willing to be cross-trained and perform other related duties as required
* Demonstrate a keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards
* Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline
* Must maintain a very good attendance record
