• Collaborate with the Product Owner to translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements through interviews and workshops
• Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts such as process flows and wireframes
• Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and the Agile development team
• Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes, enhancements, and new features to ensure alignment with business strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile environment
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and documentation
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification
• Domain experience in healthcare
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wire framing tools
• Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence requirements
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and stakeholder meetings
