Overview
Job Location: Chelmsford, MA (Suburb of Boston MA) – Onsite
Type: Contract
Responsibilities- Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair, replacement or upgrade
- Handle a range of devices and systems including laptops, desktops, servers, switches, mobile devices, printers, copiers, plotters, and video conferencing hardware
- Work with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS and mobile devices, and VM tools
- Provide hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- IT Service Management/Consulting experience
- Experience level: 6-8 years
