Senior Financial System Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a fast‑growing, privately held $400M technology company to hire a Finance Systems Administrator who will own and manage the organization’s enterprise forecasting tool.

This is a high‑impact position responsible for administering, improving, and scaling the company’s planning and forecasting system. You’ll act as the system owner, building hierarchies, integrating acquisitions, creating financial reports, managing multi‑currency structures, and supporting users across the business.

• Administer and enhance the company’s forecasting/EPM platform.
• Build and maintain financial hierarchies, models, and forecasting templates.
• Create full P&L and management reporting inside the tool.
• Manage multi‑currency logic, FX rates, and consolidated reporting.
• Integrate newly acquired companies into the model.
• Oversee data feeds from ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
• Manage user access, roles, training, and system governance.

• 4–8+ years in FP&A or finance systems roles.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, One Stream, Oracle EPM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and data structures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design.

• Own a mission‑critical system at a scaling software company.
• High visibility with finance and business leadership.
