Support manufacturing operations by leading hands‑on quality activities that directly impact product compliance and patient safety. You’ll partner closely with inspection, manufacturing, and engineering teams in a regulated environment.

• Lead Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA management
  , including investigation, containment, root cause, and closure
• Drive quality improvements through trend analysis and data‑driven actions
• Support Incoming and In‑Process Inspection teams on daily quality activities
• Conduct manufacturing and field‑related quality investigations and risk evaluations
• Partner with value stream teams to support corrective and preventive actions

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Plastics, or related)
• 2‑3+ years in manufacturing quality or engineering within a regulated environment
• Hands‑on experience with NCs, CAPAs, and investigations
• Working knowledge of quality systems and documentation
• Experience in medical device or similar manufacturing environments preferred

• Estimated hourly range: $40–$50/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
