• Design detailed microwave electronic assemblies including PCB, metal housings, and cable interconnects.
• Proficient with Solid Works and PDM.
• Design complex mechanical housings from block diagrams.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to create 3D CAD, mechanical procurement drawings, and assembly drawings of complex microwave assemblies.
• Work with multilevel BOM and Solid Works configurations.
• Update designs to reflect input from suppliers.
• Use AutoCAD Inventor for legacy projects and interact with production engineering.
• Participate in establishing and standardizing design rules and processes for the group.
• Conduct peer and design reviews as projects progress.
• Use a ticket system for assigning jobs and reporting job status to the engineering community.

• 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent desired.
• Ability to develop and document design and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills, technical curiosity, and desire to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge of JIRA agile management system is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Full‑time job type.

• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of problem solving and supplier issue resolution.

Expected wage range: $94,000 to $129,250. Actual wage offered may vary depending on location, experience, education, training, and other factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus and includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
